Instructions for registering your EBS system and receiving the warranty card<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To successfully register your EBS system and receive the warranty card, please follow these detailed steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Seller Information Automatically Imported:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • The system will automatically import the seller information. This step is carried out without any further input from you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter Serial Number and Invoice Number:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Go to Section 2 of the registration form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter the serial number of the EBS system and the invoice number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The system will check if the invoice number matches the customer number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If the invoice number matches, the invoice date will be displayed automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If the invoice date is not displayed, please check your entries. You may have entered an incorrect invoice number or customer number. Ensure that both numbers are correct and try again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter End Customer Information:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • In Section 3, enter the details of the end customer using the EBS system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The warranty end date will also be displayed here, showing the period until which the warranty is valid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Enter Installation Details<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • If the installation of the EBS system was carried out by another company, enter the corresponding company details in the provided fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Submit Data:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Click the \u201cSend\u201d<\/strong> button to complete your registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The system will review your entries and process the request. If all details are correct, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This email will confirm the registration and include additional details about the warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
