To successfully register your EBS system and receive the warranty card, please follow these detailed steps:

  1. Seller Information Automatically Imported:
    • The system will automatically import the seller information. This step is carried out without any further input from you.
  2. Enter Serial Number and Invoice Number:
    • Go to Section 2 of the registration form.
    • Enter the serial number of the EBS system and the invoice number.
    • The system will check if the invoice number matches the customer number.
    • If the invoice number matches, the invoice date will be displayed automatically.
    • If the invoice date is not displayed, please check your entries. You may have entered an incorrect invoice number or customer number. Ensure that both numbers are correct and try again.
  3. Enter End Customer Information:
    • In Section 3, enter the details of the end customer using the EBS system.
    • The warranty end date will also be displayed here, showing the period until which the warranty is valid.
  4. Enter Installation Details
    • If the installation of the EBS system was carried out by another company, enter the corresponding company details in the provided fields.
  5. Submit Data:
    • Click the “Send” button to complete your registration.
    • The system will review your entries and process the request. If all details are correct, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This email will confirm the registration and include additional details about the warranty.
